Fees & Medicare

Understanding Your
Consultation Fees

We believe in full transparency so there are no surprises. Here's what to expect at each stage of your care.

As a private specialist practice, our fees reflect the time and expertise involved in your care. Medicare rebates are available with a valid GP or specialist referral, reducing your out-of-pocket costs.

A valid referral is required for Medicare rebates

Payment

Full payment is required on completion of the consultation. We accept cash, credit card, and direct debit. If there are circumstances that may affect your ability to pay on the day, please call us to discuss before your appointment — we're here to help if we can but fees reflect the high cost of running a medical practice.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior. This allows us to offer the time to other patients who need to be seen. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a fee.

Important to Know

Fees and Medicare rebates are subject to change. Medicare rebates shown are current as at 1 July 2025. Your actual rebate may vary. A valid referral is required to receive any Medicare rebate.
